Te Hoiere Asset Holding Company is the investment arm of Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Kuia. We have three Company Directors, one Trustee, and two Independents. We are governed by a long-term diversified investment program approved by our Trustees to continue to grow our assets.

The way we operate is:

• Joint ventures with reputable and well-resourced partners
• Promote environmental and sustainable outcomes
• Wherever possible, investments should do no harm to Ngāti Kuia

Investments have been made in the following Asset Classes:

• Purchase of eleven school properties and acquisition of two from our cultural redress
• Marine Assets
• Commercial property purchases
• Managed Funds
• Cash

We now own four floors in Radio NZ House on The Terrace Wellington (pictured above) with Land and Information NZ as our long-term tenant.
